“The warning sticker on the strap was on very tight and made it hard to remove. I had to use scissors and ended up tearing the strap. I showed Bedhead Hats the photos of what happened but they didn't offer assistance except to advise to use fabric glue. Disappointed as I had to save up to buy this and it tore straight from the packaging :(”

I have some great news. We will be able to replace your swim hat with the snipped chin strap.
Upon further review, we found that a batch of swim hats had extra sticky adhesive, making it difficult to remove.
I will have a replacement posted out to you today.
