We are sorry that the pillow did not meet your expectations. The softness of the pillow is a very individual thing, many people are enjoying their sleep on this pillow. It’s a very high-quality pillow with three layers, the inner layer is filled with feathers to create firmness and the other two layers are filled with down, for softness.
