“I love these tops, I have 3 myself and have bought about 3 others as gifts for friends. So I have rated the item full stars. Sadly I haven’t received my latest one from you yet has DHL failed to deliver your express service. I believe the item is out for delivery today but it’s a shame as I placed this order on Tuesday 29th Nov for a birthday on Sat 3rd. I know carriers are busy filling Black Friday but maybe best not to offer express delivery at extra cost if you can’t be sure it will arrive in time.”
