After I ordered my second pair of Bella Mi extensions I was excited but soon to be disappointed when I tried to flat iron them, THEY BURNED FROM THE TIPS looking like if I had a bad hair cut. Now I know it had nothing to do with the flat iron because it is the same one I was using with my first pair of extensions. I am truly disappointed in the quality of extensions I received.”
