“I ordered this same exact product and have been using them occasionally since May 2018. These extensions get tangled up and do not stay soft and smooth as they claim to be, EVEN AFTER BRUSHING THEM. I am disappointed because I've heard so many great things about this brand and have also truly wanted to think this brand was great because of some beauty influencers collaborating with them.”
