“I loved and appreciated the customer service in helping me select the right color to match my hair. However, I was very disappointed to learn that one pack of extensions is not enough so had I known that I would have:
1) bought 2 instead of 1
2) not opened the packet because now they are not returnable
3) not purchase them at all because I did and do not have the money to pay for 2 (about $215)”
“I have purchased the 24' ones before twice and thought that the quality of those were better than the ones I purchased the picolina. these get very tangly and knot very easy without any reason. I am very disappointed and didn't think the quality of bellami was like that.”
“For some reason I expected more hair then what came. There was no way I'd be able to just wear one bundle at 18" without having it being obvious that I have extensions. Luckily I planned on cutting them shorter. Once I did this they were perfect. Now I love them.”
