“The free ponytail I got was WAAAY too thick! And seriously heavy like a brick! Nothing at all like in the advertisement for it. Which isn't fair, because I went to that page many times, to see if it looked too thick & heavy. And it didn't. So I'm clueless as to how I got the size of two horse's tails (or 3?) as this thin little ponytail! And how the hell do you wrap this around using a flimsy velcro strip, that easily gets tangled up in hair?! I tried desperately to attach it to my flimsy ponytail before a party, & honestly it was making me too late to keep trying. I need less than 150grams, or forget it. Plain & simple. It also got very tangly, knotty & shedded. I've gone elsewhere. Waiting for my orders from Glamseamless, & a new type of hair/wig attachment from BobbiBoss..."weaveawig" LOOOOVE Glamseamless though!!!! There should have been options for women with thinner hair, for the free ponytail. Anyway...”
“Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We got the extensions because my girl had cancer and lost alot of hair.paid extra for rush delivery, took a month. Customer service never apologize.She was very happy at first with the hair but the extensions lost alot of hair and they look thin and stringy now. It's a shame you can't replace at least a couple of her strips. She deserves it. We spent almost $400. It's sad”
