“A long time ago I had clip on extensions - I could feel that I was wearing clips, and the worse was unless you really style your hair and tease it, you can see the extension. I was really skeptical of getting another clip on extension. Bellami is completely different - it is so comfortable that sometimes I style my hair and just leave the extension when I go to bed, and I dont have to tease my hair either. The hair is smooth and beautiful too.”
“I bought the hair extensions for Valentine's Day because of the free curler they were giving with them but after over a month when I finally received the extensions, I was surprised that they sent me a hair dryer instead of what I bought. When I wrote to them what had happened they said BECAUSE IT WAS FREE they could send me whatever they had. Wth really? I've never experienced this in any online store I've bought. Not to mention the extensions are supposed to be dark brown and they look like red brown with white hair in between.”
“It took over a month and 14 days to receive my package. (I was notified that the color I had picked was on back order, but still had not been shipped when promised)
** This was specifically purchased for a wedding next month.
When I finally received my box, the hair color was very light. Did not match the photo or color description at all. I have medium dark brown hair and this color looked light brown in the sunlight. (The hair itself is beautiful.) just wish the color was adversed correctly.
And lastly, I recived a hair dryer with my package, instead of the curling iron like the order had indicated. That was a little disappointing.”
“Ok. So when I ordered these, I had an event I was supposed to wear them to. They were on back order. Fine. Still plenty of time to get them... but they didn't end up shipping out until way later and I didn't get them in time. Plus, the bag and hair hanger (that I was supposed to get with my order) didn't come with them. I received some silly, cheesy "hair tattoos" which I would NEVER use. The hair is just OK, way WAY lighter than advertised (they were supposed to be dark brown, they were more of a light medium). They didn't match my hair AT ALL and I had to dye them darker just to match. I am really not happy.”
“The texture and product was amazing. But unfortunately after the first wash which was two weeks later a lot of the color came out and I will not be able to use it because it does not match my color.”
“I've purchased these before and this time around I was only able to wear them a handful of times before the hair started falling out in chunks. I couldn't even get a brush through them. I didn't wash them, didn't add any product to them and I only used a curling iron to give them some waves. Super disappointed and sad that I spent so much money on them. Wont buy them again.”
“They didn't hold curl very well at my island beach wedding.... but how on earth could I expect it to? Still look great and I love popping them in for a little extra on the weekend.”
