“Accidentally ordered the wrong shade for my extensions. What a hassle to exchange. First, the customer service line just kept hanging up on me for 2 days straight. I emailed them a few times with no response. Messages on Facebook and got a generic message in return telling me to call the customer service (which isn't working). Finally get an email back and she wants me to send a pic back of what I want to return.... I'm more than aggravated at this point. Finally get the email to send it back. THEN you have to pay PayPal another shipping fee to finally get the correct extensions. Just a hassle. I put way too much effort into the exchange than need be.
But I love my extensions. Super soft. Dark rich color. Few strands of coarse gray hair mixed in but I just pluck
them out. I would purchase again because the price is great for the product but I will double and triple check that I ordered the right product before submitting my order to prevent the PIA exchange system they have.”

“Mochachino brown was a beautiful color match on my naturally brunette hair. blended in very nicely. I placed an order during one of the promotions where the include a complimentary faux ponytail, however, they sent me the ponytail in the wrong color. That was very disappointing, as not only was the ponytail the wrong color, but it took approx 6 weeks to reach me in Canada.If the company is running low on promotional items, the company should inform the customers ahead of time, rather than continually send more promotional emails advertising the same item.

“When I ordered my extensions it came with the free ponytail I got my extensions about a month before and I finally got my ponytail however the ponytail is damaged and it's not even the one that I ordered probably will not be ordering again from Bellami because I've had nothing but issues since 2015”

Disappointed in customer service, as I've worked as a hairstylist for over 10 years. Customer service is very important in my books. Don't offer special bonuses if you can't fulfill them.”
