“The clips came in a plastic bag. I bought other brand who were packaged well with a case. The clips fall out. The hair doesn’t hold curls and was greasy. There were also threads hanging from the clips. Very poor quality!”

The original quality out the pack seems to be good, however upon inspecting, there are black strands of synthetic hair throughout and it melts onto my straightener. The hair also tangles terribly bad and i’m having to brush it every few hours. I am very disappointed in this hair. It was so expensive. Maybe I somehow got a bad batch.”
