“I ordered the extensions, and they came with a free clip in ponytail. however, when the product arrived, the colours were not the same. I didn't complain as I felt as a freebie it wasn't worth the effort.
however, the colour matches perfectly, and I love the feel of my extensions. I wish I knew just how little hair you get with the 160 clip ins, as I would have gone for a much larger volume.

After also having to pay extra for customs charge l was extremely disappointed and have lost a lot of money as l'll never be able to use the extensions or get my money back :( safe to say l won't be using this site again.”
