“I am so VERY disappointed in this hair! I have had the hair less than a month, have not even used heat of any sort on it, and it is like Velcro. It just bunches up and rats constantly. It's embarrassing. I wouldn't be so disappointed, but this is the second go round with the hair. The first order did the same thing! I will be contacting Bellami for a refund. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.”
