My hair extensions that I spent over $100 on never arrived and they refused to help me start an inquiry to find the package and have done nothing to help as they say its not their responsibility. They definitely do not have any respect for their customers and I hope you take that into consideration next time you think to order!”
“When I first received these, I was happy.
Then after normal wear for about 1 month (3x per week, no heat or product) the ends started splitting, they were extremely dry and bushy, and the stitching on the clips literally fell apart.
I thought maybe if I washed them and applied deep conditioner it would restore the quality...
It worked for maybe an hour of wearing them.
I stopped using them after maybe 2 months.
I purchased a much less expensive set from a local retailer that I started using daily, applying heat and product, and they are still in the same condition that I purchased them in. The ends are in-tact and still super smooth. All of the clips are completely secured, and I have had absolutely no issues after months and months.
For the amount of money that I spent on Bellami, just for them to completely fall apart after less than a month of spared used, clips and all, I am unbelievably disappointed.
I will not be purchasing Bellami, or recommending them in the future.”
“The color did not match mine at all. I dont think there are enough color choices for each person. Also its really hard to blend the extensions in my straight mid length hair, even with getting the extensions layered.”
