“I bought the Piccolina 120g extensions almost two years ago and was very happy with the quality of the hair and clips. The clips easily clipped and stayed in my hair very securely. I wore those extensions for almost two years every day and they have held up very nicely. When it was time to order a new set of extensions, I recently ordered the same exact product in the same color that I previously had. Sadly to say, I was a little disappointed with the quality of my new extensions once I received them. First of all, the thickness of the hair seemed to be much thinner than the ones I have been wearing for two years. When I compare my new ones to the old ones, my old ones that I have been wearing every day for two years still seem quite a bit thicker than the brand new ones. Also, the quality of the clips seems to have changed for the worse as well. My old extensions clip in so easily and feel so secure, but the new ones feel a lot more flimsy and are much harder to clip in. They do not feel secure at all once I get them to finally clip in. One of the strands had a clip that barely even clips into the closed position even when I try to clip it closed while holding it in my hand (not even attaching it to any hair). I have to say that it seems like Bellami has lowered the quality of product that they are selling (at least on this specific item) compared to two years ago. I was so excited to receive my brand new beautiful hair extensions from Bellami, but was sadly dissapointed when they did come in. I wish I could get the same quality as I did before because they have served me so well.”
