“These are really pretty and soft, and they were easy to dye to match my hair perfectly. The weight is fantastic and easy to wear. The only complaint I have is that these shed significantly more than other brands I’ve used. I was disappointed with that since the price is about the same as the others but overall I like the look and feel of the extensions.”

I here recently had to send back a color I got because my hair was red and reds are super hard to match. So I decided to dye my hair black and just exchange the extensions for black ones. So I had to contact customer service and they were thee kindest people I’ve never talked to when speaking to customer service! They made things so smooth and timeless. “I am sorry, I don't want extensions to look like split ends. My hair is very healthy and thick, the extensions looks frazzled at the end. I love the pony tail, it actually looks healthy, the extensions looked like they needed a good trim. I am not pleased.”
