“I had to order two versions of extensions because the color shown on the website is no where near the color that came. As this was my first time ordering extensions, I opened the package and was VERY disappointed. I couldn't make any returns so I ordered another color that was the same as the original color but with lowlights. My hair dresser spent HOURS trying to get the first package to match. I would never order from this website again. I would appreciate a refund for the first order of extensions.”
“The Beige blonde was a perfect "natural platinum" color perfect for any girl who has lightened/bleached tips or a more natural bleach blonde look. I didn't keep them as they are too light for my new hair color, but they would have been my first pick for a gorgeous blonde shade a few years ago. No toning necessary.”
“Where to begin, I am obsessed with the hair extensions themselves but sadly they're too blonde and nobody is willing to dye them for me because they're afraid to ruin them. Keep in my mind these are answers are from professionals. Sadly I wasn't able to return. I'm a new customer so when I received my order I was so excited I opened the entire bag not noticing there was a sample weft just in case they didn't match but clearly I was too excited that I didn't see that. So now I'm stuck with extremely blonde extensions. Which in my defense they look absolutely different online.”
