“The platinum blonde is still a bit yellow, so I used a purple shampoo on these and they are ruined. They stained completely purple and it will not rinse out. I’m a hairstylist and I’ve never had this happen to me in my 12 years of doing hair. Even on the cheapest of extensions it’s never done that. I wish I would have taken a picture before I threw them away. What a waste. And then I proceeded to order the silver color in these exact extensions. Based on the color they have posted online, I thought it would be are more true “platinum blonde” but even cooler toned. It’s literally a level 6/7 grey hair. They are being returned.”
