“I heard so many great things about Bellamy extensions from other salon professionals and I decided to take the plunge and order. They were on back order for almost 2 months. I finally sent an email asking to cancel my order and return my money because I was done waiting. They sent me an email almost immediately back saying "hey, we're sending your order out right now with an upgraded 20g's". I received Kylie Jenner extensions which are a BLEND and way too yellow. I had to find the best possible method to tone them so that they weren't a complete waste of almost $200. The hair falls out of the extensions as well beyond normal shedding. This was not an upgrade, and I will not be a repeat customer. So very disappointing to all I have told.”

“Let's start with the fact that I ordered them on March 4th and it is now APRIL 4th. I was never informed that the ones I purchased for my best friends wedding March 16th were on back order--I was just sent 2/3 of my order and to my surprise while I was packing to leave for the Dominican Republic for the wedding I realized I had NO EXTENSIONS. After frantically contacting the company, I was responded with (paraphrased) "oh poo, they're on back order, we'll send you a blow dryer to make it better have a great day" I already saw the blow dryer is already greatly discounted on the website which leads me to believe it's not that great of a product and they're just looking to bum it off on anyone and making it seem like a friendly gesture. Fast forward WEEKS later to yesterday 4/3/17 after hearing NOTHING about my $140 hair extensions from anyone, I reached out again. This time I got another stupid, blow off email (paraphrasing again) "oh I'm sending those out to you now, hope you enjoy your purchase." Ummmm no, I needed these extensions a month ago (FOR MY BEST FRIENDS WEDDING, remember?) and regardless, waiting for a purchase that I was told would arrive in days that is still not here a month later is unacceptable but to receive no contact from you unless I was the one reaching out is RIDICULOUS--I don't care what the reason is. I have ordered at least half a dozen hair extension packs from you and if this is not resolved I will find somewhere else to spend hundreds of dollars.”
