“So I got my hair on the mail and I used them twice that's it and I washed them tonight getting then ready for an event I have this weekend and I used some of my purple toning shampoo and my hair extensions turned gray/silver/ purple!!!! And it's only in spot all blotchy rinsed them out really well I used regular shampoo and conditioner too. And they look horrible!! So upset and disappointed with these extensions I have other extensions from other brands and I have used purple shampoo on them and this ever happened to them!!!! I spent over $150 on these Bellami hair extensions. I would like and hope you can refund me or give me a new set. This is not acceptable at all I waited two weeks for the hair in the mail! Now I won't have extensions for this weekends even I have coming up! I have taken pictures of the hair.”
