“This was my second time to get the right color. I ordered ash blond first and it was far from ash, it was very yellow. So I exchanged for dirty blonde and they look red/strawberry blonde. So frustrating because the return and exchange process takes weeks”

“Thr hair arrived with a horrible orange tint. I tonrd the hair and it still looked bad. I decided to take some bleach to the hair and toned again after bleaching for 25 minute. The hair is no longer orange....just had a yellowish tint which looks rrally bad with my ice blond hair. Definitely makes it stanf out that im wearing extensions, the only accurate things about the hair was the weight. The hair length was off shortdr by 2 inches. Overall: its horrible, dont waste your time or money like i did!”
