“I ordered an ash blonde and what came was absolutely nothing close to that. It was red extensions with a faint of dirty blonde in them. It's the only hair I ever ordered and to get this was a complete surprise. If you are promoting a certain color it's complete false advertising to send a completely different color especially without warning your customer until after the fact! That's horrible business conduct. Worst customer service ever as well. I've loved these extensions so much until now and after the customer service I received I wouldn't order again and I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.”
“The quality of hair is very disappointing it sheds and tangles easily. The hair felt couse soon after I got it. I am a hairstylist and use extensions regularly. I choose to get bellami because I heard so many great things. And would save me money and time from having to sew on clips. I'm pretty sad about it. That's alot of money to be disappointed.”

I have golden blonde hair and read reviews saying how the ash blonde is more golden and therefore I purchased the ash blonde and try match my hair perfectly. The colors are very deceiving on the website!”
