“I did not like this product AT ALL! The hair SHED like crazy, after only ONE wash the hair was all tangled and matted! I had heard really great things about BellaMi hair, and I was SO dissapapointed that the extensions were of horrible quality and did not last long. I don't know if I received a defective batch or something, but I definitevly was NOT happy that I had spent my money on such a deplorable product! WARNING: if you are thinking of buying these extensions then you are better off spending your money on other extensions that will actually LAST and that are QUALITY hair. This product deserves 0 stars, I am being generous by giving this product one star.”
“Super fast shipping was fantastic, but I think you need to re-name the color. The extensions I received were in no way "ash blonde" they were the color of a shiny new penny. Eww. My hair is bleach blonde. I had to wash the extensions three times in purple shampoo before achieving a similar color to my own hair. The name is deceiving and I was advised by your experts after submitting a photo of my hair that "ash blonde" would be best. So now after having to carefully wash multiple times the hair is not as soft or shiny, plus the breakage is unreal. I won't be purchasing this brand again.”
