“The clips are not very strong. It only took my brush to slightly get stuck in a knot of hair to undo the clip at the top. I got then trimmed at a hair salon and haven't been able to make them work with my hair. It has been a huge waste of money and disappointment since they are sitting in a box in my closet after I was extremely excited to start using them”

“I have to say I was very disappointed with my extensions.. They shed horribly and they weren't blonde, they were orange! I would have sent them back but they took over two weeks to get here and I figured if I sent them back it would take way too long to get a different color. I had ordered Bella Mi extensions before and liked them. I had actually ordered the 160 grams and they sent me the 120 instead, I kept them anyway because I needed some new extensions. I'm not sure who you all are paying or how you are getting so many good reviews on your hair, but just being honest, you all are horrible and need to get it together.”
