“The quality of the hair was great. Unfortunately, after sending in multiple photos & asking their help for choosing a color, the dirty blonde arrived and was a pink/strawberry blonde. Didn't match at all. Not what is shown online in their video of the colors. Not even close. Very disappointed.”
