“I recieved my extensions almost two weeks after ordering when it should have taken 3-5 days. They are still brand new and I've only worn them 3 times. With that being said, there is no reason for them to smell like burning hair every time I straighten them or curl them, especially with a heat protectant. The ends of the extensions look and feel fried. Will not be buying again.”
