“The hair is OK quality....customer service not very good at all. Asked when my hair would be shipped, they got back to me 2 days later and said it would ship in 2 days. The hair was already delivered by then. :(”

“The quality is great! But after being a loyal customer for so long ordering the same extension every couple months, I've noticed the past few extension sets were not as thick as the previous sets. I feel like that is because we are being persuaded to purchase new lines of extensions such as Kylie hair, Guy Tang, and Lilly hairs that are being advertised as (better quality, thicker, lighter weight, etc.) which cost much more! Please go back to the true original 160 grams!”
