As you can probably see I make the same purchase monthly for my set of extensions. I ordered a set before christmas for a trip I was going on that I really needed them for. I was told they were backordered and wouldn't be sent until the 29th, which was way after I needed them. Once I returned on the 6th they still haven't arrived and I needed to reorder them and they took longer than usual to arrive.
Being as I am a very loyal customer can you let me know if I can receive a credit for having to order twice, not receive them after they were backordered and have to wait longer than usual for them?
Please let me know how this can be resolved.
