“It took me a whole month to receive my extensions. I wrote them a message asking why it was taking so long and the person responded that the product I ordered was back ordered and they would get it out to me once they received more by next week. That same day I received an email saying my order was shipped! They had lied to me about the product being back ordered I’m convinced they just forgot to ship out my order. Good thing I wasn’t needing them for my wedding or special event geeez. Never ordering from Bellami again.”
“This was my first time buying a Bellami and I can’t say I was all that happy with the product. I am a person who buys extensions all the time and I was super excited to get this extensions as they are considered one of the best hair extensions out there but I wasn’t all that impressed with the quality of the hair extensions. Especially the fact that the hair extensions super static no matter what I do and the packaging was rather disappointing giving that I have bought extensions that are less expensive and have better packaging and quality.
The product is good but I did expect more giving all the hype I heard from people.”

“I am SO sad that I was so disappointed with my extensions. I have heard such amazing feedback about Bellami products and i have been wanting to purchase them for years. I finally saved a bit to splurge on a full set of extensions, and first impression was they were beautiful. The colour, the length, the feel of them was wonderful. But to my disappointment they are not the quality i thought they would be. I have had manyyyyyyyyyyyyy different brands of extensions in my life, and never have i ever experienced the knots and tangles that came associated with these extensions. They can be silky smooth one minute and i kid you not give it 5 minutes of sitting at my desk at work its knotted underneath. Give it another 20 minutes and its knotted everywhere from the ear and down. I have to carry detangle spray and a hair brush literally everywhere i go. It's only 2 pm and i have brushed my hair about 15 times to get the knots out. I've had better luck with extensions a fraction of the price. I had such high expectations and high hopes, it truly makes me sad that these were such a disappointment. :(”
“the clips don't grip as well as some of the cheaper brands!! I have thin hair and they a few of the wefts slip. the hair quality is good. just wish they would check the clips before sending out....”
