“Okay so this is not a bad review for starters Lol I had ordered the Dark Brown Bambina set and when I received it. It was stunning. Based off the tester piece I knew they where going to be everything. Sadly the color was off. Which happens and I don't plan on dying my hair so I had to return them. The length was also too long so I am definitely going for the 18in next time and a darker shade as well. I decided on a full return after I attempted to exchange but it had to be from the same range. Which I wasn't looking to do. I am now interested in the 18in. So I basically had to return them and I'll be placing a new order soon. I'm honest lol so there you have it. Had to return but not Bc I wasn't satisfied!!! I can tell I am going to love them once I get my right fit!”
“I really love the extensions I'm just really disappointed because I had order mine when they were giving away the hanger and curling iron and I did not received any of those I'm really upset about it.”
“While the length of the product is great, once the extensions were washed and conditioned they seemed a bit thicker than when I actually purchased them. They are not as soft either. Not sure If I am doing something wrong or not. I use sulfate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners. Otherwise they are okay.”
