“Customer service was terrible..promo at the time never clearly stated you have to add the free item in cart. Therefore ordered it without item and realized when I got my hair delivered. Contacted customer service and pretty much told me too bad I can return the hair by paying back return shipping and reordering item again. When they could of just sent me the item separately. As far as the product goes the extensions are good so far.”
