“The extensions aren't as thick as I expected ordering medium to thick hair. I had to dye them to match my hair even after watching your video to select a close color. I wasn't impressed by the packaging it was shipped in or how long it took to receive them. I do,however, like the clips much better than other extension brands I have purchased before. Will still recommend to friends but had much higher expectation when purchasing than now with the actual product.”
