“I wrote to bellami when I first got this set, this set was a bad one, centimeters of hair falling out at a time and about 5 clips have broken. No one responded to my two messages i sent about my concern with the set. So I have been mixing and matching my old set with this one since most of the clips broke for unknown reasons.”
