“I ordered Extensions and once they are opened, it‘s not possible to send them back. But If the thickness is alright and fits, you can only try if you open them! So, I think the concept is not very good. I now have a useless pack of extensions laying at home. Also I received a bill from my customs office with around 40€ a few days after Bellami sent them to me. I am a little bit disappointed, because when I ordered extensions in the past from different companies, I never had those problems with the order. The extensions are expensive enough so I think there should be better opportunities for customers to find the Perfect Extensions that they are able to wear and without hidden costs.”
