“My package was lost and I never received my order. Went through such a hassle and back and forth calls with USPS and Bellami and they were rude and non-understanding. If you don’t pay for anything other than the standard shipping, Bellami will NOT insure your package so if it is lost then you’re just shit out of luck. Bellami won’t care, because their policy states that any order that says “delivered” won’t be accounted for. No refund, no nothing. Wasted hard earned money for nothing.”
