“I was so excited to get these hurt to spend so much money on hair! One Week and the thread came off the pins! I’ve repaired almost all of them with regular thread and needle, I haven’t added hair spray or slept with them on and they get seriously tangled...regret getting them now!”
“I bought Bellami extensions again, because I loved my previous set. This time the tester color was a little off, which was ok/manageable. But then when I pulled the full set out of the plastic the quality was AWFUL. The quality is no where near it should be for the cost. I've seen better extensions in cheap cosmetic stores...it's going to give your brand a bad name. It looked like damaged hair. I didn't even try them on or style. I was planning to use them for my wedding. But Bellami said there would be nothing they could do before then. And I contacted them the day I opened the package! Now my products are under review for return and I may only get store credit. Very sad/disappointed/frustrated.”
“I bought the Bambina 160g 20'' Off Black Hair Extensions and it wasn't what y expected. First of all I had yo pay 500 MXN in taxes, and then the extensions didn't look like the ones on IG (I checked a few pics before I made de purchase) hair didn't look full, it was just a tiny bunch of tiny hair.
I had to send em back, to get my refund... and of course, pay for it.”
