“I ordered the Bambina 160g 20” in off black. I was expecting the nothing but the best with these extensions but when I received my order I was very disappointed. They’re not as full from top to bottom, they thin out at the ends. As soon as I opened the package it looked as if I had them for a few months. There are a lot of strands of hair that look split, like it’s not smooth when I style my hair, there are hairs sticking out all over the place. I’m just very upset because I was so excited for my new extensions and it was just such a huge disappointment.”
