“I don't know what it was with this set, but they started shedding hair way faster than any other set I've purchased from Bellami & I have not done anything different from in the past, if anything I've learned to take better care of them.”
“I have been purchasing from Bellami for years. I've bought probably about 7 sets of extensions total, but this last set was such a disappointment. I received them and opened them up and hair was falling out of them like crazy, they were much thinner than usual. I immediately contacted bellami to see if I could return them, and I waited three business days with no response. I contacted them again and once again, no response. I tried a third time and no one contacted me back. It's so shady that I am stuck with these extensions just because they don't want to make a return. I used to be such a big fan of Bellami and have sent tons of people to them as customers, but after this I am done.”
“I've ordered from Bellami a couple times in the past and was quite pleased but this recent order I didn't have the same satisfactory feeling. I'm not a fan of the clips being smaller and I feel that the hair is thinner (even for it to be 160g).”
“I've ordered a lot of hair extensions before and I'm not really impressed by these. They're thin. They don't blend well. The actual clip part feels cheap. The hair itself isn't bad quality so that's why I give it three stars. But I definitely will stick with Luxy Hair or Cashmere Hair from now on.”
