“The first week I was blown away how amazing the product is. It blended perfectly with my hair to the point where I couldnt tell which is my hair to the extensions! But after the second week it started to shed and the ends were really dry. This was very strange to me as I dont use them often- i use the extensions probably twice a week. So thats my reason for 3 stars. But overall i am satisfied.”

“Took over a month after purchasing before I even received an update on my order. Then after waiting so long didn't even get what I ordered!! You claimed to have "upgraded" my extension to Kylie extensions instead which aren't even on your website. Would've preferred to just wait for what I ordered and wanted or a refund than something different. Also received body tattoos as if that makes up for the wait and different extensions.”
