“I received my hair extensions over a month ago and immediately tried them on. I noticed that two of the clips on two separate wafts were not snapping into place. So the wafts were sliding down my hair. I immediately contacted the company via email and asked about the policy regarding defective products to see if I could a) return them for a new set or B) get two replacement pieces. When I sent the email, the automatic follow up response was that it would take some time to respond to my question but I never imagined it would take over a month. I've been trying to use bobby pins to keep it in place but it looks lumpy and sloppy. Really disappointed in the product and the company.”
