“This hair isn't as glamorous as described. The hair gets pretty stringy quickly, minutes after styling. I had high hopes after receiving my package, the quality felt nice. But after using the hair 3 times, and looking at photographs after wearing my hair for a couple of hours, this hair didn't hold well. I had buy 2 packs because my natural hair is incredibly thick.
Wish I spent more money and went to a professional.”
“Worst hair I've ever purchased, complete let down for those wanting to use the hair everyday. The clips don't stay attached, will change continuously fall out. The hair gets super knotted after an hour or so after wearing it. I had to brush my hair at least twice every 3 hour. I'm very unsatisied. I've been using Sally's beauty supple hair for years and it works well but I need something more thick and haven't been able to find it. I would never waste my money on this poor packaged hair. Very disappointed,”
“I was really dissapointed with this last set I got :( I've ordered the same set and length many times. Usually they are silky soft and I can't complain about tthem. This time though they looked stringy at the bottom and the ends felt fried and looked all crazy I had to trim them before I could wear them.”
“I have ordered from Bellami previously and was very pleased with my previous orders. This past order the hair was fine, thin, and poor quality. I would have liked to return it and purchase a thicker set however, I had already removed the extensions from the original packaging to see if it was a correct color match. It seems a little backwards that you are unable to return a couple hundred dollar order of extensions because they were removed from their original packaging. Very unsatisfied with the company and policies.”
