“Honestly , the service I received from the customer service reps was horrible. They did not tell me my order wasn't being shipped because one of my pieces was on back order... So I was aimlessly waiting for something that wasn't coming. When arrived, the hair texture did not blend with my hair so it was a complete waste of money. Never again”
“bellami should have an option for a shorter length for those who only want to add extensions to thicken up their own hair. now I have to go get them cut which is annoying. Second, mine has like 3 blonde or white hairs - which is annoying. Third, after curling them 3 times - they feel really rough and damaged almost. I really really wanted to love them. I did a ton of research before buying them - so I'm surprised and disappointed at how I feel about them”
