“So I order the jet black clip in extensions. During the purchase it said I get a free phony tail so I added that to my cart. It’s currently June and I placed my order back in May. I haven’t tried the extensions yet..ordered the hair for my wedding in September. The extensions feels super soft other then that idk. I don’t think Bellami is going to send me my free phony tail. Might be a scam to get people to order their products.”
“Hair is shedding rapidly and matting. I never expected this from Bellami ... also i ordered this and it was supposed to come with a free ponytail (which i was going to wear out the next weekend) hence why i bought that deal. Turns out there was none in stock (which i was not notified) until i seen it not arrive in my package. I then contacted admin, they said theyre out of stock and ill get it in 2-3 weeks (This should have been clearly stated upon purchase BEFORE payment was made as i would NOT have purchased that deal!) and to make matters worse, a month later im STILL waiting for it and had NO updates .. im so disappointed in the entire purchase and how its all played out..”

First off, I had a promo to get a free pony tail extension and it’s a month+ later and still haven’t received that. Secondly, the packaging is very cheap plastic I have wore extensions for 8 years and have never received mine in a plastic bag. Not to mention the extensions themselves are extremely tangly and thin. First time buying Bellami and I am extremely unhappy. Extensions are very expensive therefore I buy one set per year and I am very unhappy.”
“I love Bellami, the only hair extension brand I buy from, but i was not so impressed with these. Too thin and the quality is not as great as I thought. I only purchased these because I was on a budget, but like I said, I'm not thrilled.”
