“I placed my order during Black Friday and my package went missing from FedEx to USPS. After weeks of emailing customer service back and forth and after an investigation, they came up with a solution for my missing package issue. I do not completely agree with the solution they came up with because it was not my fault that the package got lost or stolen, neither its theirs but it should've been insured since I payed extra for shipping. I also understand that they are not responsible for missing packages as is says in their policy, which is why I agreed to pay extra for another set of extensions and ponytail extension. I needed the extensions before nye and they delivered them on time with a signature service. I highly recommend everyone to pay extra for the signature service, this will save you time and you will not be worried if your package gets lost or stolen. I used my 160g Bambina in Jet Black and I love them and how they perfectly match my hair texture and color. I still have yet to use my ponytail extension, but I am sure I will love it just as much. Thanks to customer service for responding back to me in a timely manner. Happy new year!”
“The hair is great quality, so thick and soft! My only complaint is that for the very high prices of the extensions, they should come with a case for them. A plastic bag just doesn’t seem sufficient for high quality hair..”
“So after drooling over these for months, I finally bought them and then realized why I shouldn’t have. The set came in the mail and I was really excited to see them and play with them, till I saw that they looked like something I could have bought from Sally’s. The hair was flat and had some serious chemically treated smell but i chalked it up to packaging and everything. I decided to put them in my hair and it didn’t feel or look like 160 grams of hair. It looked like 120 grams and felt so light I was concerned they were going to fall out with a gust of wind. I noticed they also got knots like crazy and even combing them out resulted in serious shedding and major breakage. Since I can’t exchange them or anything I just shoved them back into the bag it came in and tossed them in a drawer.
I only gave them two stars because I got sunglasses. Go with a different brand or a different set.”
