“I would like to receive a new pair please the pair that was sent to me were not only impossible to take out of the package because of how knotted the hair was together but two of the clips were broken as well , Iwas very disappointed seeing as this is the most money I have ever spend on extentions and I was hoping to absulutely love them.”
