“They were beautiful when I first bought them. I also bought the shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant spray, 16 inch human hair pony, the volume weft, and the wand with all the attachments. When I curl the hair with the wand even on a low heat they melt like plastic. At first I thought it was a coating so I washed them with the Bella I extension shampoo and conditioner and let them air dry I spray them before I use heat on them every time and they still melt. Always heard amazing things about Bellami and I am not impressed at all. I’m very disappointed I spent a lot of money and now me extensions are starting to feel like hay. Will not be buying more from here.”
