“When I recieved my extensions the tester piece was literally in better condition than the actual hair. The hair was frizzy even after I straightened it. The hair is soft but still frizzy... I am happier about the wrap ponytail than I am about the actual extensions.”
“Giving this company a one star is way too high I was to receive a free hair extension carrying case along with my order and never received it I called 4 times and was told it was going to be mailed out and never received it I spent $200 on my hair extensions and this company is very deceitful in the way they run it. I will make sure everyone that I come into contact with and would like hair extensions will not buy from this company. Very poor Customer service and absolutely do not stand behind their word”
