“One of my clips from my extensions broke the third time I was going to wear it, I have really thin hair so it’s not like my hair had anything to do with it. I’m a little upset because these extensions aren’t cheap. The reason why I even went with something a little more expensive is because they’re supposed to be better. Any who I can’t wear that piece anymore. I’m going to wear out the rest but honestly I’m going to try another brand next time. I tried emailing for warranty or to see if they can at least fix it or send me just that one piece again but I have yet to hear from them. This was almost two weeks ago. I’m only giving them 3 stars because the hair extensions themselves are pretty nice, I wish they would’ve lasted longer as in all of them. Have to wait & see how long the rest last.”
“For the past 5 years I’ve purchased my hair extensions from Bellami. I was always very impressed with the quality. They would hold up for a year and that’s me wearing them 4-5 times a week, putting heat on them and sometimes even dying them. Now for the last 2 years I feel like the quality has been deteriorating. The clips would break after the first 2 wears and would result in me going and purchasing clips and sewing them in, excessive shedding of the hair after washing and they would last for 4-6 months all while wearing them for exactly the same amount of time and putting them through what I was originally putting them through. I recently ordered some and honestly I was so shocked by how horrible the quality was this time that I couldn’t believe but I was seeing. To begin with, when I first get any set of hair extensions I wash them first before I put them on my head, the amount of hair lost from the first wash was equal to the condition that they would usually be in after 6 months of wearing them. Secondly, I’ve always put heat on them and this time they were melting. It looks like they had synthetic hair mixed in with the real hair because the residue that was on my flat iron is similar to the time I put heat on a different set of extensions I had purchased not knowing they were synthetic. The hair was literally melting away with the set I recently just purchased and was using for the first time. I had two clips break on me and had to replace. I’m so upset with the quality of them now. It was definitely a waste of money. Please be aware before buying!”
