“The hair is nice. I took off a star because one of the clips lost it's backing and no longer snapped onto my hair after the second day of use. I'm a user of extensions so was able to sew another clip to the hair even though it was a little annoying that happened the second day of use. I would still most likely try Bellami hair again. I know the customer service was helpful when I asked for their help in picking out a shade.”
