“I’m disappointed with the quality of the set of extensions. It loses a lot of the hair when it is comb and I spent over $150 and I’m weary of combing it for fear of losing more hair. I had purchase a Bellissma set before and I didn’t have any issue with that particular set, so I'm really in awe and in disappointment with this purchase. I had to save up the money and now this is money lost for a product I can’t use.”
“After being reassured that the 160g bundle would be enough hair, it was not, and I can’t even exchange it because obviously I had to open the entire package and put the hair in to discover that. It’s an actual trap because how can one (who hasn’t worn clip ins in almost 10 years) know for sure unless all of the hair is in. And after styling it only 2 times without any products such as hairspray, the hair is stringy. Even after brushing. And now I’m out almost $200. This whole thing is beyond frustrating and extremely upsetting.”
“walnut brown came in and was completely grey. i returned it, which cost me shipping and received two new colors that were still totally off from the description. nice hair but beware of color. not as described.”

I impulsively ordered a second set which I later wanted to cancel and customer service was fast and helpful. Only problem is it took forever to ship and you had to pay for the shipping that took forever.”
