“My hair has been short all my life, so I usually will get extensions instead of waiting for it all to grow back. (Because I love cutting my hair lol) I have worn extensions for years and I heard so much about Bellami hair that I was excited to try it. My hair is very thick but extremely soft, when I used the trial extension I didn’t have any issues, the color was fine and the clips were sturdy. However when I got to putting the hair in, I noticed having to constantly go back and tighten the clip. (I had teased and hairsprayed my hair accordingly prior to placing them in.) I understand the clips will loosen their grip throughout the day, but seriously, not straight after placing them in. That was not the only issue, when I finally got all the hair in, I noticed it was not full as I had seen in the videos and in the display pictures, the hair got stringy and thin. (Again I know you’ll have to brush it throughout the day, but it shouldn’t be like this.) This is not worth the price, please don’t waste your money on this, go to the nearest wig supply store and pay 180-200 for your extensions or sew the clips in on your own, it will be worth it and save you money. This is not worth the hype The only reason why I gave it two stars because the hair itself matched my color perfectly and the hair has a good texture.”
“The quality of the extensions are great don’t get me wrong, but it’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve gotten them and they shed like crazy. Every time I brush through them hair comes out, I use a wet brush so it’s a soft bristle brush. The extensions tangle a lot too but just put any kind of oil through them after styling them and it helps for a few hours.”
